Roofing, Royals & Government!

Royal Palace Norway, Jullia Gillard

Royal Palace Norway!

First is an update on on the Royal Palace in Norway:
Royal Palace - February 2012 - Covered - but snow in winter!
Royal Palace - May 2012 - covered still - summer!
Royal Palace - June 2012 - Summer - still covered!
It is still on schedule to be completed by the end of this year! $20 million for one roof over one year - sounds like Australian government! Updates to come when available! This update is a result of comments from readers of an article in January 2012 regarding this roof that started in October 2011!
Construction of the Royal Palace began in 1824, and it was King Carl Johan, who laid the foundation stone October 1st in 1825. The castle was inaugurated by King Oscar I, July 26th in 1849.
The King is home??
When you see the red flag with the lion, it means that the King is at the Royal Palace.

Julia Gillard & The ALP/Greens Government!

This is becoming a joke, read any newspaper, even watch the ABC or SBS, and the government is turning the manufacturing industry into a skeleton of what it was! Union fraud, prostitution, Songs by the Trade Minister & Swan using as an inspiration, BHP calling a stop to Olympic & Port Headland today, Mining investment declining, CO2 Tax starting to bite all over Australia, JCUNQ Uni professor of climate science wanting to cover the Great Barrier Reef in Shade Cloth, Peter Beattie still missing but paid a fortune, and all this industry is trying to do is make profits by selling roofing materials to the construction and building industry! It is becoming an almost impossible task with the fools we have in government! Imports, the Australian dollar, union demands on wages & conditions, car industry subsidies way beyond what is given to other areas, is slowly stuffing this industry!

What is the answer! Good government - but currently this is not applicable! Any answer folks?

Plus don't forget to keep up with all the predictions from the last article Future of Australian Roofing & Rollforming!
